Easy goey chocolate crunch cakes.

Hey Everyone!
Today my post is going to be a recipe! These cornflake crunch cakes are soooo easy and delicious! This recipe is curtosey of my bestfriend, Zoe, who showed me how to make these the other day. So, heres what you'll need;


Estimates:
200g cornflakes
4 tbsp drinking chocolate (not instant)
30g butter
Golden syrup to taste (around 4 tbsp)
Cupcake cases

Step 1: Melt butter in medium size saucepan.


Step 2: Add the drinking chocolate and stir to make a runny paste.


Step 3: Add the golden syrup to taste, add more if you want them to be more goey. And vice versa! Haha..


Step 4: LOOKIN' GOOD. Take off heat. Next its time for the cornflakes. Add a tbsp at a time and mix to make sure all the cornflakes are coated evenly. 



Step 5: Divide the mixture evenly between the cupcake cases and refrigerate for 2 hours. ENJOY!
